Competitors are entered age as of 9th December.  Any errors to award level or age, let me know.

 

As the competition is only running from 10am till 12.30pm with presentations immediately after, we are asking everyone to come to the whole event and support all competitors.  The centre will be open from 9am. Any volunteers to help set up are always welcome.

 

If you would like to know roughly what time your child is bouncing, find them in the ‘Start List’, note down the group eg. Award 5 U5.  Then look at the timetable for this group.   This group is warming up at 10am and competing at 10.15am and should be finished around 10.35am.

 

Competitors should wear :

 

• Club Leotard (and shorts or stirrups for boys)

• If you don’t own a club leotard, any other leotard

• If you don’t own any leotard, club t-shirt and black shorts

• If you don’t own a club t-shirt, any PLAIN t-shirt and preferably BLACK shorts

• Also plain WHITE socks

 

When you come into the centre, please go to the normal desk where you can check in.  You’re then welcome to go into the cricket nets and wait till you’re called to bounce.   Do listen for the announcements and know what group your child is in.   

 

At the end of the competition, we will be doing the presentations.   All competitors will receive a participation certificate and the top 3 in each group will receive a trophy.

 

NO FOOD OR DRINK, PUSHCHAIRS OR HIGH HEELS ARE ALLOWED IN THE NETS.   

 

WE NEED YOUR DONATIONS FOR THE TOMBOLA AND CAKE STALL.   WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO FILL A JAM JAR WITH TREATS (food / small toys) TO USE ON THE TOMBOLA.

 

Drop any items off (except cakes) to the centre during normal training hours.  Cakes should be brought on the day.

 

OUR CLUB PHOTOGRAPHER WILL BE TAKING PHOTOS THROUGHOUT THE COMPETITION WHICH WILL BE UP TO VIEW AND BUY (£10 for a framed photo with up to 3 images) ON THE DAY OR ONLINE.

 

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS KINDLY VOLUNTEERED TO HELP.  WITHOUT YOUR SUPPORT THIS COMPETITION WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO RUN.  PLEASE CHECK THE VOLUNTEER LIST TO SEE WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN SIGNED UP FOR.   THOSE RECORDING or MARSHALLING SHOULD COME AND FIND ME (Judy Kenyon) WHEN THEY ARRIVE.  ALL OTHER VOLUNTEERS SHOULD REPORT TO LINDSAY ATKIN AND CATH WEM (in the nets).
