All members MUST complete the Health & Risk Declaration form which can be downloaded below. The form can be completed on the pdf by filling out the boxes, or by printing off the form and taking a picture and then emailing the file back to the Club Secretary at firstname.lastname@example.org. No member will be allowed to attend if they have not completed this form.

We are hoping to recommence training from Wednesday 7th October in a phased approach. (TBC on Monday 5th October)
Wednesday 7th October is open to squad members only. This session is limited to 12 members per hour.
No members under the age of 8 will be able to bounce during the first phase, we will look to bring back our younger members during the second phase.
